Job Description

-Developing trade promotional plan with key customers -Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management. -Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insight to drive performance -Delivering new product development plans -Coordinating and communicating product, price and pack changes - Manage and reports accurately in-store execution KPIs (Planograms, shelf share, POS visibility...) - Regular training course for the sales and merchandising team.

Requirements

-Education Requirements: University degree (preferably related to Business and Management) -Previous experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales or distribution -Preferred Gender: Female -Excellence communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills -High teamwork skills -Emphasizing excellence -Results driven -Strong work ethics -Problem-Solving skills -Ability to accept and learn from criticism -Flexibility/Adaptability -Working well under pressure Specialist knowledge: -Excellent command of MS Office (excel, word and power point) -Report generating skills -FMCG Experience is a must
