Job Description

•Main Objective: Leading development of the trade marketing strategy to achieve business objective across all product categories •Main Responsibilities: -Developing trade promotional plan with key customers and channels -Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management. -Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insight to drive performance -Delivering new product development plans -Coordinating and communicating product, price and pack changes -Providing seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impact programs -Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the sales team -Actively participating in specific dedicated training to sales force -Reporting to: Head of Modern Trade & Trade Marketing

Requirements

- University degree (preferably related to Business and Management) - Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or distribution -FMCG Experience is a must -Excellence communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills -High teamwork skills -Emphasizing excellence -Results driven -Strong work ethics -Problem-Solving skills -Ability to accept and learn from criticism -Flexibility/Adaptability -Working well under pressure -Excellent command of MS Office (excel, word and power point) -Report generating skills -Language Skills: Fluent in English -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age: 25-35
