  • Determine project requirement and developing work schedule for the team.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings related to technology projects.
  • Direct or coordinate activities of team.
  • Design the schedule to training sessions and meeting discuss to improvement.
  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, and scope.
  • Establish and execute a project communication plan.
  • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
  • Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Mastery of developing stacks and frame works.
  • Mastery of software architect.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and data analysis software.
  • Knowledge of analytical or scientific software.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.
  • Able to motivate team and creating a space where they can questions and voice their concerns.
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and success.
