Job Description

Determine project requirement and developing work schedule for the team.
Schedule and facilitate meetings related to technology projects.
Direct or coordinate activities of team.
Design the schedule to training sessions and meeting discuss to improvement.
Manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule, and scope.
Establish and execute a project communication plan.
Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.

Requirements

Mastery of developing stacks and frame works.
Mastery of software architect.
Knowledge of business intelligence and data analysis software.
Knowledge of analytical or scientific software.
Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.
Able to motivate team and creating a space where they can questions and voice their concerns.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and success.
