Job Description

- Testing and Optimizing all equipment guaranteed by AVANG including Network and IT. - Record equipment test results in CRM. - Answering customers calls and solving their technical problems. - Provide solutions and technical plans based on customer needs. - Reports from firmware failures issue and sending them to R&D department. - Doing daily tasks, rapidly and accurately.

Requirements

- Perfectly familiar with networking concepts. - Familiar with the concept of xDSL technology. - Full Familiarity with Network+, CCNA, MTCNA. - Familiar with SOHO Devices. - Ability to analyze technical problems. - Knowledge/experience in technologies below are nice to haves: - Familiar with IT equipment includes SSD, Hard, RAM, Flash. - Teamwork ability - High responsibility - Familiar with documentation and reporting processes - Job experience more than 2 years in related position
