Job Description

Job Purpose: To optimize, maintain, and update the system (JTI, ERP system) based on JTI business requirements and facilitate the reporting platform, in coordination with IT department, to be used by any stakeholders. Performing analytical work on the accurate data which can explain the market dynamics. Main area of responsibility: - To constantly upgrade, optimize and check JTI, ERP system based on the new requirements and revised procedures in coordination with IT and vendors. In addition, providing clear guidelines for all stakeholders to be fully aligned with the new changes. He/ She needs to hold meeting with different departments for fully understanding their needs, making effort for searching and developing the idea with practical solutions through constant communication with IT and any resources. - To collaborate with other departments, to define new projects and surveys in JTI, ERP system based on needs, foreseeing and providing all requirements (Software updates, instructions, and files) to conduct the projects by Operation teams. - To facilitate any tablet software updates, roll out and maintain both the software and the hardware in coordination with IT department. To report all error messages received from the software or communicated by the visitors to the IT department. - To Support all JTI, ERP system users in Tehran and other cities in JTI coverage for any queries related to this system and tablet software and providing required training
