Job Description
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to Network, IP Camera, and Computer systems, VOIP, software, and hardware (include printers, scanners etc.) • Consulting, Design, Supervision, Installation and Configuration HPE Servers, Enclosures, • Fixing and Troubleshooting EMC Storages • Storages Knowledge of installation and maintenance VMware, Microsoft Windows Server • Installing and configuring MS SQL Server • Installing and configuring Microsoft Domain Services, Exchange, Skype for Business, System Center, Terminal Server • Veeam Backup and EMC Data Domain Backup systems • Demonstrated experience in the design, deployment and support of network security devices (next Generation firewalls, advanced threat detection and response technologies (IDS, IPS)
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in related area preferably Computer Engineering • Certification in related fields is preferred. (MCSA / MCSE / MCITP) • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing infrastructure systems preferably in IT/Technical Operations organizations in supporting enterprise infrastructure, systems and applications • Good understanding of IT infrastructure. • Good working knowledge of English and medium knowledge of Turkish • Result oriented, analytical thinking and problem solving skills • No military obligation for male candidates • Residence in Qazvin (or to be able to relocate)
