- Analyze the announced requests from the IPCC and the problems of the subscribers.

- Good practice in Elastic.
- Hands-on in ITIL.
- Hands-on in Kibana.
- Hands-on Mongo.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Good performance management.
- Effective communication skills.
