Job Description

• Facilitate strategic planning processes including design, planning, communication, execution, • Monitor, control and review strategic plans at different levels • Preparation and updating - Assess and conclude on internal & external factors. • Taking part in cascading business strategy to functional level • Participate in targeting indicators based on statistical standards and the relationships identified between them • Provide required documentation related to the strategic planning document • Facilitate to Interpret company strategies into departments • To prepare reports and dashboard on platform, KPIs • To collaborate in Conducting performance management system.

Requirements

• BSC/MS in executive management, MBA, Industrial engineering. • At least +2 years of relevant experience. • Self-Motivated and ability to work in a team. • Good computer skills and Proficient in all Microsoft office programs: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc. • Familiar with strategic tools, methods and processes. • Familiar with budgeting • Analytical capabilities. • preferably in Banking and payment industry • Good at English language • Preferably experienced in banking and payment industry
