Job Description
Working within a specialist engineering team to look after the storage sub-systems for cloud platform. Assisting our in house engineers and customers with cloud architecture design, support, and implementation and scaling. We are looking for junior and senior engineers to help us manage our cloud, don’t worry about working at similar scales, if you are up for a challenge and passionate about cloud technologies drop us an application. Responsibilities: Large scale infrastructure monitoring and support Assisting with platform growth and development Customer troubleshooting and assistance Storage optimization and troubleshooting Out of Hours Maintenance On-call shift rotation Maintain the company's interests and resources
Requirements
Strong knowledge of HPE Storage systems Such as MSA and 3PAR Strong understanding of various SAN concepts, including VSAN, Storage Fabric, FC, FCoE, Zoning, Multi-pathing Significant experience managing SAN Storage Pools, Storage Groups, RAID Groups, LUNs Knowledge of backup technologies Knowledge of DR technologies Installing, maintaining and supporting Windows or Linux Experience Troubleshooting storage performance issues Working knowledge and experience with VM Ware and Hyper-V Experience with Veeam or similar industry-standard Enterprise Backup software Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to changes in technology Education: B.S (Computer science, Electrical Engineering, Information technology) Language skills: English Location of work: Kish Ideal age range: 25-30 Gender Preference: Male 3 years of related work experience
