What you’ll do? • Build reliable, scalable products using modern tools on Microsoft technology stack • Advocate for modern development practices like SOLID and Microservices • Lead and empower your team to achieve their goals. • Collaborate with our product manager to define feature specifications and timelines • Build new features with a focus on testability and extensibility • Engage in technical discussion of new solutions and architectures • Review other engineers code to maintain and improve quality and security • Encourage innovation and foster an environment of continuous improvement • Mentor and coach other software engineers • Ensure that technical decisions support our goals of quality, performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and security
