Job Description

•Main Objective: -Iran Argham is looking for a software Maintenance expert who control, maintain, and manage the operational infrastructure ‘systems in the operating system layers and databases •Main Responsibilities: -Implement technical processes for identify, report, check and fix bugs and possible security problems in banking systems, infrastructure and databases -Review and resolve system errors -Establish a system deployment document -Implement Solutions to Optimize the Response Rate on Databases -Implement Solutions to decrease the MTTR (Mean Time to Recover) Index -Monitoring operation system, anti-virus, SAN, as well as performance databases for Performance Tuning *Reporting to: Software Operation& Service Manager
