- Outline suggested social media and other digital strategies - Ensure and execute uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements - Tracking and presenting social analytics - Translating analytics into updated strategies to improve results - Assist with creating and designing photo and video content - Create digital strategies catering to various social audiences - Editorial experience a plus - Photography and videography experience a plus - Research audience preferences and discover current trends - Research audience preferences and discover current trends - Create engaging text, image and video content - Measure web traffic and monitor SEO - Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness - Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way - Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries - Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans - Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics - Oversee social media accounts’ layout - Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

Requirements

- Two years of professional experience in Social Media - Familiar with social media tools and third-party social platforms - Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics - Understanding of web design and publishing - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
