Job Description

- Develop, implement and manage our social media channels, including Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter - Planning consistent contents on all social media platforms in a team work with other partners (graphic specialist, SEO specialist, ...) including preparing and posting social media posts - Respond to daily comments and directs - Take orders, pack, send and track deliveries - Improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns in collaboration with partners - Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner - Using analytical tools such - Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related fields - At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks -Ability to work in high pressure environment - Highly organized and detail oriented - Team working and Collaborate with coworkers
