Job Description
-Having cooperation in merge and acquisition projects -Execution of these projects and/ or development of their methodologies -Collaboration in development projects in the valuation and data analysis department -Establish and designing the EPS forecasting model and executed on target companies -Modeling the valuation of intellectual property -Collaboration in development of semiautomatic valuation assistive -Working on designing and developing industry insights and executing periodical on target companies
Requirements
-Master degree in Financial Management/ MBA and Bachelor degree in Engineering or Financial management. (Education from reputed universities is advantage) -At least 2 years of work experience in the related field -Fluent in English language (having International certificate is advantageous) -Having CFA Certificate -Dominant in MS Office especially Excel -Experienced in working with SPSS, R, VB, Python -Experienced in Persian and English reporting -Excellent in statistical analysis, econometrics, and financial and economic analysis -Having a deep knowledge in financial and enterprise management -Familiar with data mining -Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35 -Gender Preference: Male
