Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior QA/QC engineer to join our online cryptocurrency exchange as we expand our testing capabilities. As the leader of the QA/QC team, you will be responsible for establishing a structured and efficient testing process, ensuring the quality and reliability of our Android and PWA clients. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and address potential issues and drive the implementation of both manual and automated testing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA/QC strategy for our online cryptocurrency exchange platform, covering both manual and automated testing processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define clear testing objectives, requirements, and test plans.
• Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to identify software defects and ensure optimal functionality.
• Perform thorough regression testing to validate the stability and performance of new and existing features.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and implement suitable frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders on the status of testing activities.
• Investigate and reproduce reported defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the QA/QC processes, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in software testing, and proactively share knowledge and expertise with the team.
