Job Description

-Leads as a communication and event thought partner for the organization’s leaders and managers -Designing events as per HR requirement and assist in sourcing -Sourcing & evaluating material requirements for event planning -Create communications standards and best practices for Tap30, supporting the organization’s daily challenges and HR initiatives -Serves as a developer, facilitator and instructor for courses for the development and training of HR processes -Develop and implement a consistent input gathering for organization-wide cultural initiatives -Assist in the creation of competency models to include measurement, validation, and documentation of competencies assuring clarity for all employees of How to achieve high performance -Leads collaboration across teams to gather information and publish the internal news on HR portal

Requirements

-Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field -2 years of human resources experience with progressive responsibility and implementing cross-functional HR projects in a complex environment -Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) -Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential personnel and policy information with discretion -Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage competing and conflicting deadlines
