Job Description

Mission: • To develop the product and services strategy, road-map and feed to prepare the go-to-market strategy to increase enterprise sales volumes and market share and profitability. Role Complexity: • To monitor regulatory requirements and its impact on day-to-day Enterprise product management. • To collaborate with EB marketing team in defining the SME and Large Enterprise market segments in terms of size, differentiating factors, total subscriber potential and revenue potential and managing the identification of new market segments and opportunities. Task Complexity: • To develop product strategy, portfolio and road-map aligned with MTN Irancell strategies for Enterprise products. • To manage implementation of the overall Enterprise solutions product development strategies and ensure implementation of the programs are aligned with strategies. • To monitor end to end solution development progress, from technical research, market research, planning, design, to implementation, integration, service fulfillment, monitoring/controlling and releasing, in order to ensure engineering, sales and operational aspects related to delivering a successful product to EB customers are met. • To lead the presales engineers to help sales team pushing solution selling vs. transnational selling. • To conduct business analysis planning discussions in collaboration with all involved parties to analyze both financial and non-financial aspects of the solution. • To manage and build key relationships (technical/strategic) with other MTN Irancell departments to help accelerate solution development process. • To identify and propose strategic partners for delivery of new products and services that is compatible with existing MTN Irancell infrastructure. • To manage complete product life-cycle for Enterprise products from feasibility assessment and new product development to subsequent product evolution and enhancement • To provide input to design and develop marketing plans for new corporate products & market trends. • To define strategies to monitor corporate product performance & content against projections. • To design process to make sure about conducting research to determine positioning of new products/services in corporate segment and identify/quantify the product and business risks. • To feed EB Marketing team to ensure that the performance of current corporate products in the marketplace is managed by providing different promotions, proper pricing strategy • To enhance the existing solutions with Governmental and Third party, and improve and expand the solutions in different industries. • To maintain current knowledge and expertise on service provider law, IT & cloud law, regulations and compliance. • To monitor latest market trends in Telecom and ICT market while ensuring EB is aligned with that. • To ensure integrity between product road-map and B2B market requirements.

Requirements

Education: • Bachelor Degree in IT/ Telecom or related fields • MBA / Masters Advantageous Experience: • Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/ industry reflecting combination of technical and business skills; • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous; • An advantage would be in the telecommunications or Large Enterprise industry. Knowledge: • In depth technical knowledge around Communications, Cloud, IoT, Connectivity services and Network, BSS, ICT and Security solutions. • Knowledge of ICT domains technologies, value chain and ecosystem Fundamentals. • Financial/non-financial requirement for B2B segment in local market. • Advanced level of knowledge in NPD (New product development), premature closures and exit strategies. • Charging System Overview • Financial Analysis • Business Analysis • Customer Relations • Customer Retention • Project Management
