Job Description
- To collaborate with related Legal Contracts teams and advise on preparing legal Contracts such that they provide maximum benefits for the company and avoid any future disputes, if required.
- To coordinate existing and potential litigation and commercial disputes and ensure they are resolved/addressed.
- To review the assigned Summons & Complaint against the company, initiate contact with plaintiff/plaintiff attorney and gather material facts regarding the allegations.
- To classify all related documents in Litigation Data Bases, ensure proper documentation and archiving is in place for all assigned cases and the related correspondences/ transactions, and update information systems and the related reports.
- To provide response/ explanations to inquiries made in connection with the files submitted to judicial and supervisory authorities and make the required actions.
- To prepare monthly/weekly management reports as required.
- Draft minutes, control and submit company's formal changes.
- Prepare and revise contract templates as required.
