With Cafe Bazaar expanding further, matters of legal nature will also increase in size and depth. As a leading player, Cafe Bazaar has a variety of legal requirements to meet, specifically, there is a wide range of contracts to be drafted. Therefore, we are looking for a professional and highly motivated in-house advisor to support our rapidly growing and evolving businesses in Cafe Bazaar. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will cover a variety of legal issues and contracts concerning our core business and activities in Cafe Bazaar. Amongst others, the following responsibilities apply to this position: ● Need to bring negotiation and drafting skills and business sense to deal with multiple functional teams in a rapidly scaling business. ● Find solutions to various issues and matters with a proper understanding of the main terms and conditions of civil and commercial laws. ● Work independently as well as part of a team and take on projects in addition to the day-to-day tasks. ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legal environments, especially in e-commerce, data protection, antitrust and competition, and IP Sectors. ● Draft and negotiate simple and complex contracts including those related to our products and platform. ● Anticipate and manage the legal risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operations. ● Perform other tasks as assigned or required.
