Job Description

We’re looking for a senior graphic designer. You’ll have a real passion for all things visual in the realms of branding, identity, digital assets, and printed communications; that’s corporate identities, branding, brand guidelines, flyers, leaflets, brochures, reports, stationery, presentations, newsletters, and all other printed communications you can think of.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, artwork, and production of all work that leaves the Kasra Pars Design Team.
Responsible for working with other teams to deliver creatively on time and in line with any given brief.
Responsible for applying and co-ordinating the design and brand look and feel, across multiple platforms where required.

Requirements

Experience in digital communications (websites, applications, e-newsletters, keynote) and exhibition graphics (large and small scale) will also be highly beneficial.
Must have a genuine desire to do brilliant work.
Strong awareness of design and production processes in order to challenge design briefs and solve design problems.
Diligent - Aware of your duties within the Kasra Pars Design Team.
Responsible - Ability to deliver against tight and complex timelines.
Organized - Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities and demands.
Focused - A strong eye for detail and the typographic grid.
Communicative - Strong written and oral communication skills.
Competent - Stress resistant and confident.
Disciplined - Loves discipline of identity and branding.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
3+ years of senior design or graphic experience.
Versatile and open-minded.
Meticulous crafting and attention to detail.

Skills:

Working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of Apple Keynote and any 3D, Motion experience are also beneficial.
Ability to listen to and understand any direction from the director.
The ability to artwork your work ready for print production is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Dedicated, passionate, and challenging.
Strong ideas with a portfolio to match.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Understand the meaning of vibrating colors.
Know how to work with a baseline grid.
Understand the difference between ‘kerning’ and ‘tracking’ words.
Know how to do artwork.
Know how to flat plan.
