Here in WINaTALENT, we are looking for a marketer who is interested in performance marketing and has great knowledge of most Google tools. You need creativity and analytical views to generate leads and provide a sound perspective on user behavior and retention.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Plan and manage all phases of the digital marketing department including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display advertising campaigns.
● Improve and control campaign budgets.
● Provide detailed reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
● Work with the advertising and media experts to develop marketing outcomes.
● Recognize the newest trends and technologies affecting the industry.
● Assess important metrics that influence the website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
● Operate with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth plans.
