Job Description

About Snapp: Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation services. We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and being the first choice of each user in Iran. Responsibilities: ● Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to identify opportunities for business improvements and support your recommendations. ● Own end-to-end projects or roll out new experiments to validate the business impact of an initiative. ● Work closely with cross-functional teams of analysts, regional team leads, product managers, and business owners to drive changes based on opportunities identified ● Create a reliable and user-friendly data structure. ● Develop Python/R codes to automate the flow of data within the team. ● Monitor and improve the flow of data (from databases to the final report). ● Execute the necessary actions to improve the performance of the given segment.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or other related fields. ● 2 to 4 years of experience working in business analysis, data analysis, or reporting roles. ● Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using data. ● Team player with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. ● Advanced coding skills for analytics and data manipulation (SQL, and Python). ● Familiar with Django or Flask framework is an advantage. ● Experience in using Excel. ● Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. ● Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English), with a proven ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction.
