Job Description

Collaborate with business partners and delivery teams (internal and external) to elicit, develop, document, and manage business and technical requirements Translate campaign and program strategy into executable programs in CRM responsive Products. This often involves taking broad definitions of an audience and identifying the specific fields and values necessary for effective segmentation Deliver complex projects with a focus on speed and outcomes that matter Directly author supplemental requirement artifacts such as process flows, context diagrams and use cases Establish meaningful traceability between business requirements, technical requirements, and architecture design which illustrates a deep understanding of business processes and the technology ecosystem Passion for marketing technology. This role will lead the enablement, innovation, integration, and architecture of our strategic MarTech stack

Requirements

Between 2 to 4 years of experience performing in the capacity of a Business Analyst or similar role Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial engineering or other related field or equivalent work experience Experience with CRM Products and solutions such as Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Salesforce as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Demonstrated basic ability to use SQL tools, Excel Ability to work with Cross functional teams Knowledge of various Marketing Technologies and tools Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and platforms Experience in applying analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Strong presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills with ability to tailor communication style based on audience Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and develop strong interdepartmental and cross functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment Ability to explain technical details to non-technical person in business terms Thorough understanding of Agile and Object Oriented methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Office technologies (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Power Point)
