Job Description
Senior corporate finance expert is responsible for: - Analyzing companies and proposing financing methods for the clients, - Advising clients on financing procedures and preparing required regulatory filing for the clients. - Moreover this position includes tasks like researching on new financing instruments, negotiating and building relationships with new /current clients. - In addition the candidate must be able to lead a team, consolidate and analyze financial data, prepare feasibility study for the projects, develop financial models, conduct bench-marking and process analysis and prepare reports according to structure of international reporting. - Additionally financial planning, budgeting and corporate restructuring is a part of this position.
Requirements
Education: - B.Sc. in accounting, - M.Sc. in accounting, financial management or relative fields (from well-known university). Experience: - At least 3 years of work experience in field of finance, accounting or other related fields. Knowledge: - Knowledge of financial statements analysis and budgeting, also corporate and project financing, - Industry analysis, - Proficiency in accounting standards, - Proficiency in Microsoft office suite specially Excel, - Familiarity with capital market of Iran, (Knowledge of Islamic Bond is a plus), General Skills: - Decision making and problem solving skills, - Multitasking, flexibility and reliability, - Ability to work under pressure, - Ability to handle difficult people and situations. Additional Desired Skills: - Knowledge of IFRS Applicants must be: Based in Tehran Minimum & Maximum Age: 28-36
