Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably Systems Analysis) or Management/MBA
- At least 5 years of industrial engineering or business development or management work experience (preferably in private, non-production and non-construction organizations) including at least 3 years work experience in business processes
- Preferably familiar with and having experience in startups and online, IT based or service based businesses
- Knowledgeable in business processes and all related subjects with an ability to train the personnel on basics of business processes
- Full ability to design, model, document, analyze, improve, implement, manage and measure processes
- Competent at modeling processes using BPMN standard and specialized modeling software
- Familiar with process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement culture and able to implement them
- Skilled at active listening, understanding, analysis, problem solving and effective communication with all layers of the organization
- Systematic thinker, flexible, fast learner, detail oriented and able to lead meetings and workshops
- General business abilities such as research, analysis, planning and project control
- Skilled at Word Excel Powerpoint Visio Outlook and standard enterprise software
- Moderate English language proficiency but able to fully understand English text
- Preferably between 27 and 32 years old having business process training and certificates
