-Conduct supplier management activities, including the development of strong performance relationships and two-way communication channels in order to keep the supply base capable of meeting the customers’ requirements.
-Build & maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
-Develop social media strategies and set performance targets to enhance engagement
-Design host journey and HRM process to keep the suppliers in touch with the business
-Plan host promotion campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Department
-Deliver periodic reports and assess the host behavior-based KPIs
-Develop and implement a training and support plan to improve host behavior based on business targets
Requirements
-Education: BSc. or MSc. in engineering, CS or MBA
SKILLS:
-Experience in supply management, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience
-Plan, schedule, implement and manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Task management and prioritizing the tasks Data management and analytics
-Understanding social media marketing
-Empathy, listening, and teamworking
-Software: Microsoft Office, SQL (preferred) Language: English (intermediate)
