Job Description
- Conduct market studies and trend analysis about downstream oil and gas industries (with focus on refining and chemical industries) - Evaluate and analyze operational and financial performance of industry players - Prepare reports and investigations about industry trends and business cases - Financial and technical evaluation of business opportunities - Contribution to management of opportunities, projects and plants - Develop investment opportunities and business cases - Develop relations with key stakeholders and communities - Cooperation in developing strategies for growth, investment and M&A - Cooperation in developing other Mid-Downstream opportunities (trading, power, …) - Prepare and manage information and results for future references
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills: - Deep knowledge about refining and chemical industries - Expert in market studies and opportunity framing - Writing, presentation and communication - Proficient in use of Microsoft software including MS word, Excel and PowerPoint - Familiar with financial modelling and financial statements analysis - Familiar with fundamentals of economics and management - Proficiency in English language both written and spoken Behavioral qualities: - Passion to learn - Strategic thinking - Risk Taking - Analytical Thinking - Result-Driven - Self-Management - Time Management Requirements: - 5+ years of related experience - Ideal age: 30-40 Education: - BSc. Degree In chemical, mechanical, petroleum or industrial engineering - MSc. Degree in economics, finance, management or MBA (preferred)
