Job Description

-Responsible person to monitor all of payments -Control the debits -Check and control sales commission -Prepare annual reports of TAX and VAT, check the SOAs -Acceptance the responsibility, accurate behavior with clients and colleague -Reporting to: Managing Director, sales manager -Subordinates: Accountants -Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. -16:30 p.m. / Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 13:30 p.m.

Requirements

-At least Bachelors in Accounting / related certificate in Accounting -Minimum 5 years' experience in shipping accountant affairs -Ability to make good judgment and take quick decisions -Complete familiarly English correspondences -Familiar by all shipping process(Sea- Road_Air) -Controlling all accounting document, invoices, SOAs,bank statements and cash flow -It is necessary to has experience in freight forwarder companies to know special expressions and rules -Ideal Age Range: At least 30 years old
