Job Description
• Receives, welcomes, books and refers visitors to the relevant individual/department.
• Operates a switchboard. Handling telephone calls, connecting to relevant department/extension or taking messages
• Perform basic clerical tasks ; undertake copy typing, typing letters, sending and receiving faxes, sending and receiving couriers
• Delivering received parcels, faxes, packets, etc. to relevant department.
• Takes and passes on messages.
• Support All Office Employees on daily administrative jobs.
• Arrangement of all flights and hotels, etc for all company business trips
• File and retrieve all incoming and outgoing documents.
• Logging, data entering and keeping the files updated
• Maintaining tender general format
• Forecasting office petty cash (concerning mailing, messenger etc) every week.
• Keep up to date contact detail of personnel
• Supplementary Insurance
• Preparing Cars’ Contracts
• Updating Leave Balance of Staff
• Typing & Preparing Material order Table in Excel sheet for tenders
