Job Description
-Coordinate office activities and operations; manage phone calls and transfer the messages correctly, welcome visitors and customers
-Doing Correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages etc.), preparing, typing letters and archiving sent and received letters, documents
-Managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication
-Dealing with incoming email, fax and post
-Preparing the reports required by the CEO
-Planning the CEO activities and meetings
-Organize & Coordinate internal and external meetings
-Arranging, Managing and organizing CEO daily, weekly and monthly schedule
-Handling other staff requests
-Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results immediately
-Providing general administrative support to CEO & Senior Managers
-Clerical Support to the CEO
-Interacting with Company Customers
-Prepare monthly performance and reports to CEO
-Working hours: Sat to Wed from 08.00 to 04.00 /Thursdays from 08.00 to 12.00
