Job Description

-Correspondence with agents -Handling of Operation process for Sea and Transit shipments. -Managing and monitoring export and import procedures and documentation and all related matters -Updating clients about latest shipment status. -Preparing necessary or requested reports for management. -Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. /Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor’s degree -At least 7 years of experience working in related field (Shipping & International Transport handling, Sea, and Transit shipments) -Excellent team work skills -Patient, Punctual, Focused and self-confident with ability to work under pressure -Minimum computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills -Have a keen eye and display excellent attention to detail -Be able to make timely decisions in a complex environment under pressure -Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently -Strong communication (oral & written) skills
