Job Description
•Distribution & Sales Improvement:
-Manage the distribution of company brands, including WD and OOS, through DSS operations in order to ensure that availability and OOS are within defined standards
-Implement promotion programs in order to achieve sales performance for the key strategic brands
-Track distribution targets on a daily basis aligned with AM
•TCP Effectiveness Supervision & Tracking:
-Monitor effectiveness of retail representatives’ JP in terms of to be updated balanced, sorted
-Verify closed, potential and non-handlers outlets’ situation
-Monitor the universe situation in our TCP including TMU and NTMU outlets
•Key Account Management:
-Manage key area trade customers in order to build loyalty
-Provide insight about key account for TMRs team
•BAT Asset Management:
-Manage assets for the area to ensure that trade marketing resources are secure and used in the most efficient and effective manner possible aligned with AM
-Manage and control the execution of company asset policies fully
-Provide OTIF information and reports on BAT asset allocation, spent, reconciliation, zero discrepancy
•Retail representative operation supervision:
-Identify and introduce right candidates for the program and having right talent pool
-Prepare OTJ plan for retail representatives; to do OTJ based on MSD standards
-Prepare development plan for retail representatives based on their OTJs analysis aligned with AM
-Do back check of retail representatives execution including FoC payment and its reconciliation, data accuracy in outlets based on TM&D and AM instruction
-Monitor full implementation of all cycle activities by retail representatives
-Control leave plan for all retail representatives in order to have minimum vacant routes and maximum use of leaves
-Fully aligned with HR admin in order to provide all required docs, reports for HR
-Do required administrative process in case of VAN accidents, police certificate, insurance
