Job Description

- Managing the marketing activities in order to achieve marketing goals and KPIs - Trend analysis for new products of SBT - Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategies based on defined objectives and market characteristics - Developing and evaluating financial aspects of product development, return on investment and profit loss of projects, pricing strategies and customer’s satisfaction. - Approving and monitoring the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, social media and other marketing-related projects - Strong negotiating and finalizing sales process in case of market development - Prospecting, Identification, Evaluation of Leads through the regular and programmed visits - Having strong relation with active customer in order to increase sales rate and develop their market - Having sales report weekly in order to control, increase sales rate, compensation for sales deficit. - Negotiating contracts with vendors or distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks or developing distribution strategies

Requirements

- At least 3 years of working experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager - Proven marketing experience for a B2B audience and ability to deliver strong, measurable results - Master’s degree in marketing, commerce, business or strategy - Excellent negotiation skills - Ability to work under pressure
