Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Marketing and Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in F & G Systems by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Main responsibilities: - Achieve growth and hit sales targets - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer-relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status - Reach assigned annual sales quota - Create new leads, penetrate new markets - Pre-assess tenders and prepare checklists for the documents needed - Cooperate with procurement and engineering departments to collect information needed for technical and financial proposals - Prepare technical and financial proposals for tenders - Assess tenders feedback in order to take corrective actions to improve the process - Evaluating the sales KPIs and report them to top management

Requirements

Previous experience: - F&G Systems Knowledge is necessary - 2 to 5 years working in Industrial/ Oil & Gas project environment - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - Thorough understanding of Safety Systems, Strong business sense and industry expertise Other Skills: - Self-motivated - Goal-oriented - Good negotiation skill
