Job Description

-Create, maintain, and update vendor information -Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalog and to inform them about product pricing, availability and advantages. -Establish new accounts by answering telephone, fax, email inquiries; verifying and entering information -Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, line or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. -Monitoring customer preference. -Responsible for achieving his/her target. -Work as a team member with other sale experts. -Establish and maintain relationship with current and potential customers. -Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans and monthly and annual analyses. -Evaluating all related tenders and taking appropriate action -Resolves customer complaints by recording problems, proposing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Requirements

-Familiar with industrial market (preferably HVAC, construction and Oil& gas market) -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Familiar with Microsoft office (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK) -General computer skills -Ability to present the products and develop new ideas to increase market share.
