Job Description

As Sales Manager you will lead the team of product specialists and in this scope you will report to Head of Sales, Iran. Your Key accountability areas among others are: - To provide input and contribute to the creation of business strategy - Management of Customer and account segmentation - To develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales targets by implementing field force tactics - To ensure effective collaboration of his/her team members with medical and Marketing Colleagues (Cross functional team) - To analyze territory opportunities and issues and adherence to industry and company regulations, policies and guidelines - To develop and maintain relationships with assigned targets, therapeutic area experts and influencers within the assigned territory - To ensure a close and effective control of stocks in key accounts - To prepare and monitor the annual expense budget of the sales teams - To provide coaching, constructive feedback, supervising and developing his/her staff - To communicate all drug safety information to drug safety personnel within one working day with respect to MOH drug safety legislations guidelines and Roche SOP’s. To inform healthcare professionals about adverse event reporting process if needed - To follow up environment, health and safety issues; to abide by the related policies and to attend related trainings when necessary


• Doctorate degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or veterinary medicine is a must • At least 5 years’ experience in Multi-National companies • Minimum 2 years of people management’s experience • Having experience in Neurology field is an advantage • Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding financial and/or other quantitative targets, as well as qualitative goals • Outstanding financial acumen • Strong customer orientation/focus • Ability to travel nationally and internationally • Fluent written and verbal English.
