Job Description

- Selling contact management software by demo meetings -Arranging Sales and Marketing activities with the aim of establishing new markets and enhancing existing one -Preparing Sales Plan and Budget on yearly, quarterly and monthly basis -Visiting potential customers and presenting company capabilities to them and negotiating for receiving tender documents, preparing competitive techno-commercial proposals, PO Placement and expediting orders -Updating and Upgrading Customers and Resources Data Base -Providing Solutions for better sales and offering new options to customers by evaluating resources capabilities, competitors proposals and strategies, customers’ requirements and projects bottle-neck -Finding new customers and convincing them of company competencies and adequacy of our resources technically and commercially -Market research and study for understanding clients’ requirements especially for niche market products and engineering requirements -Preparing reports for top management on current situation and forecasting future actions, according to the intervals agreed -Creating and analyzing detailed digital marketing reports -Leading & Tracking all mediums KPIs within a very structured discipline, -Analyzing competitors' websites, mobile apps and marketing initiatives -Manage all aspects of Digital marketing operations, including key personnel -Responsible for all kinds of performance evaluations, technical development and optimizations of the campaigns - Analyze market, provide marketing strategies and marketing plans. - Design and operate marketing tactics. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, and research and development appropriations. - Provide market segmentation - Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. - Compile lists describing product or service offerings - Coordinate price schedules and discount rates with commercial manager. - Analyze of sales reports. - Monitor contact lists management. - Monitor marketing activities - Manage business review meetings. - Analysis of market opportunities & threats - Work with advertising or promotion focal points. - Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Requirements

-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing areas (Hardware and software) - University qualifications: Bachelor degree, preferably in MBA, Industrial Engineering, Management - Able to Negotiation effectively • A passion for and a strong understanding/experience of the market. - Business planning acumen and ability. - Team management and leadership skills -Familiar with the IT industry and software sales
