Job Description

- Sales Manager is our highest paid position.This position will include benefits and commission with conditions. - Setting direction for the implementation of sales business plans. - Meet company clients and update client resources to acquire suitable inquiries and tenders. - Providing input for the development of incentive plans for sales team. - Providing high level direct sales support to teams involved in promoting sales, retail channels in Order to create win-win business situations. - Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products. - Develop and maintain a reporting system, which would provide a detailed coverage analysis of sales Representatives and also help in measuring their efficiency.

Requirements

- These conditions include previous relevant work experience as a sales manager, and work in channel distribution. - The candidate should be able to manage a sales team of more than 300 members. Many of these employees may be new to the field. - Knowledge in sales analysis - Business awareness and understanding of business requirements - Communication and negotiation skills - Computer Skills: Experience working with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
