Job Description

• To be responsible for all aspects of the entire procurement process starting from receiving an inquiry to the delivery of the products to the client. • Receive, organize and prioritize inquiries from multiple companies/projects, study the relevant literature to understand the detailed requirement, find the appropriate source(s) for the product(s), contact the vendors, negotiate the commercial terms, shipment method and documentation requirements, handle the inspection/ acceptance test and shipment, supervise the customs clearing process if required, oversee the product inland shipment and delivery to the customer site. • Assessment of foreign suppliers of raw materials of cosmetics • Effective communication with foreign suppliers in order to purchase and supply of raw materials • Purchase the highest quality goods with the lowest price in the field of cosmetics • Prepare all reports to be presented to the director in order to evaluation of purchase and planning for the supply of goods according to the conditions of the market, price trends, or futures markets of raw materials • Planning, conducting and coordinating of foreign trade, including the supply of resources, correspondence, negotiation, order, contract and ... • Making and managing the relationship with various groups for transactions and transportation, whether domestic or international

Requirements

• Having a master's degree or PhD in pharmacy, Foreign Commerce, Chemistry • Having at least 7 years of experience in purchase and supply of raw materials in the field of cosmetics • Having the necessary expertise in the field of supply of raw materials of cosmetics and healthcare • Fluent in written and spoken English, familiar with international correspondence, negotiation and communication. • Highly skilled in contracts and commercial terms • Highly skilled in ICDL, and having excellent computer literacy • Having excellent communication, teamwork, and personal skills
