Job Description
Communication with dealers for registry, orders, clearing account receivable and product transport
Initial analyzing of sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly and long term) and declaring contradictions
Cooperation in determine, calculating and analyzing the sales KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly and long term)
Providing initial targets and budgets of sales (monthly, seasonally, and annually)
Cooperation in determining initial budget of marketing & advertisement (monthly, seasonally and annually)
Presenting provinces dashboards and comparing /analyzing between them
Creating a competition system between agents
Help in reviewing sales instructions and determining regions
Keeping the current agents and finding new ones
Increasing the market share of related regions
Analyzing the agents situation and motivate them to increase the revenue
Introduce and presenting new products to the agents
Realizing the problems and issues effecting on the revenue and planning to solve them
Help in current agent’s evaluation and grading
Continuous market visit and providing feed back
Realizing the opportunities as well as analyzing and planning to use them
Planning and implementing agents visit to keep and empower mutual relationship
