Job Description

- Sales expert for fragrance - Develop & Implement sales programs consistent with sales strategy - Efficiently working with technical team - Be responsible for the maximizing sales and gross margin of the business in line with objectives and budgets - Regular visit of the clients - Identify business opportunities and target market - Follow up, development, and sales activities - Prepare Reports for Sales Manager. - Track new projects - Provide suggestions for improving value-added services - Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influences and key strategic partners. - Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities. - Based in Tehran, Novin Asia Business Management Co, as exclusive partner of Dullberg Konzentra (Germany) in Iran.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration or other related fields or equivalent number of years of experience - Three years of related experience - Communication Proficiency - Customer/Client Focus - Presentation Skills - Problem Solving/Analysis - Results Driven - Strategic Thinking - Technical Capacity - Ability to build a strong sales pipeline of projects to deliver - Ability to work alone and being a good team player with leadership qualities - Willing to take full responsibility and to work under pressure - Outstanding communication ability - Willingness to business travel - Maintaining the relationship with customers - Developing the business with current suppliers, current products and current customers - Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills - Working Knowledge in English - Computer knowledge windows, Microsoft office, (word, Excel, power point, outlook - Creative, open-minded, Honest and Organized - Gender Preference: No preference - Age: 25- 35 - Current Residence: Tehran
