- Preparing the Analytical Report about the Complaints and Satisfaction of customers
- Knows the potential customers of the company
- Participating in the Meeting with Unsatisfied Customers
- Planning and implementing customer care scenarios aligned with company strategy
- Preparing feed backs regarding issues and proposing new scenarios for increasing customer satisfaction
- Receiving and analyzing the claims and complaints from customers
- Preparing the Analytical Report about the Complaints of the Customers
- Support the CRM Manager in CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Familiar with the sales process
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Familiar with the auto parts market
- Familiar with order registration and reporting
- Familiar with Photoshop
- Customer care knowledge
Having skills in negotiating and marketing
- Being familiar with satisfaction techniques & CRM standards
- Negotiation skill and the treatment skill with angry customer
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills with other department & other organization for following complaints
