•Objective of the role: The post holder will be responsible for collecting, collating and carrying out data analysis in support of top management requests. Also involved in reporting statistical findings to work Sales Information’s team and senior managers. He/She will manage the key data used for forecasting and analysis in order to prepare the required reports for Senior Managers. Naturally analytical and inquisitive with a thirst to learn new concepts and systems. The ability to work independently as well as with others is vital in this role. Ensuring attention to detail and organization skills are critical at all times •Main responsibilities: -Collecting data in information from Sales Team (Distributors, Sub-Distributors, RSM and ASM -Collecting data from internal automation system of Sales (Siagh and Tadvin) -Preparing reports from mentioned data for top managers of the company -Preparing different kind of managerial reports and analysis -Checking of supplied data for sense, consistency and accuracy. -Reporting to: Sales Information Supervisor. -Length of Probation Period: 3 Months. -Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:15 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.

Requirements

-B.Sc. of Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics and other related majors / any certificate in related fields is a plus. -At least 2 years of experience in working with Data, Analyzing, Reporting in Sales Information, CRM or related department. -Advanced Excel Skills, Expert User of Microsoft Office package -Quick learner -Good organizational Skills -Good analyzing skills -Working independently -Analytical and Synthetic Character -Analytical thinker -Attention to detail & Ability to work in a pressurized time sensitive environment, self-motivated
