Job Description

Reports to: Sales Director Responsibilities: • Recording and keeping the record of all of the Sales documents • Pro Forma recording • Converting Pro Forma to Commercial Invoice • Recording Commercial Invoices in Sales & accounting software • Controlling Customer accounts and preparing required records • Controlling Cost-plus sales and recording their commercial invoices at the appointed time • Making a backup of Sales software periodically • Recording and Categorizing all other related documents • Coordinating with the warehouse • Reporting product sales • Recording Gross Profit monthly, quarterly and annually • Analytic Sales report due to sales director request • Securing data of the customer accounts • Securing sales and profit database of company • Collecting debts
