Job Description

Up-Sales and Cross-Sales • Analyzing clients’ business and technical requirements and developing solutions that meet those needs in IT Service Management. • Working with product development team to customize PARAND’s solution for individual customers. • Demonstrating products to customers and explain how the proposed product or solution meets customers’ needs. After-Sales Support • Arrange training based on customer requirements. • Managing the scope and monitor the progress of product installation and implementation project. Ongoing Support • Managing the ongoing support of customers to make sure they continue using ITSM modules effectively. • Monitoring of implementation and support requests to identify any recurring issues, which may result to product changes. • Holding review meetings on regular basis with customers to discuss issues or problems, and provide reports to other members of the account team. • Analyzing customers’ support requirements. • Identifying areas where PARAND can offer improvement services.

Requirements

• IT management, IT engineering, software engineering or industrial engineering degree required • 1-5 years of software sales or support experience • Experience selling or supporting into enterprise and large mid-market organizations • Advanced selling skills and persuasion • Microsoft Office proficiency Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s in marketing or MBA preferred • Experience selling ITSM solutions • ITIL / ISO 20000 Knowledge
