Job Description

Drive volume and ensure targets are achieved Have through knowledge of the routes and the Sales Representatives under him. Supervise daily works of the SRS through daily market visits and field accompaniment with them and perform post visit briefings. Provide on the job coaching to SRs so that SRs are well equipped to perform their tasks. Develop and follow structured route plan for SR supervision and perform outlet calls as assigned and submit reports to Sales Manager Enhance and maintain relation with trade Observe and gather market intelligence on competition activities and Ensure right implementation and completion of assigned tasks (by self/ team) for cycles as per instruction. Facilitate daily stock allocation for SRs. Evaluate daily performance of SR crosschecking sales documentation and provide feedback in post service hours. Perform monthly performance evaluation of the SRs under him

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in, Sales and Marketing or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred - Minimum 3years experience in Sales - Enable to analyzing details of sales to assess their growth potential - Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical problem solving. - Good command of computer and Excel
