Job Description

- Work in collaboration with the Commercial (Sales ) Director in order to make in place the management policy of Bioderma POS Team, develop and Manage the POS Activities. - Develop the strategy and efficacy of the Skin Care Expert network on several aspects of the SCE Job Mission - Study and Suggest Methodology to improve the efficacy of Skin Care Expert and POS network from a qualitative and quantitative aspect - Implement a management respecting precisely NAOS Value and especially human Value. Pay Attention to the proper environment of the whole POS Team and development in their work - Implement a sales strategy: offer a floor plan implementation and distribution network and make sure that the brand is optimally performing in retail channels through execution of the best practices inside the POS - Budget Management - Analyze the account performance and provide solutions for business improvement and filling performance gaps. Analyze sales by point of sales, frequent store checks and setting relevant action plans - Negotiate annual deals with retailers, margin conditions and spaces with all the POS in Iran, taking in consideration the ROI - Negotiate on the Investment plans and outcomes, rebates with retailers - Associate the visibility to a commission on Turnover of the Chain Pharmacy - Propose some new discount policy on specific range - Insure a close relationship with pharmacy client (PR Activities)

Requirements

- Selling Techniques - Negotiation Skills - Fluent or excellent command in English Writing/Speaking - To be familiar with pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetics internal process - Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines - Minimum 3 years' experience
