A luxury residential complex with 40 units in Zafaraniye neighborhood is in need of a manager with hotel management or management skills. Objective of the role: Managing the building employees, maintaining the building, making sure the requirements of the board for the residents are met. List of responsibilities: Making sure that the employees are executing their given tasks correctly, collecting the building fees from the residents/owners, procuring the goods and services required for the building, performing daily inspections of the building premises. . Reporting to: Board of Directors. Length of Probation Period: 1 month. Working hours: Saturday to Thursday 8-4. Gross Monthly Base Salary: To be agreed.
