Job Description

● Develop, maintain and analyze accounts. ● Ensure appropriate financial information to deliver more reliable and useful reports. ● Cooperate with the financial accounting teams to streamline internal financial reports and reporting processes to deliver more efficient, more effective, and more useful reports and analyses. ● Prepare and maintain reporting templates. ● Prepare financial analysis, management reports, and presentations. ● Analyze and interpret financial information in financial statements. ● Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements. ● Design flash reports as a periodic snapshot of key financial data that helps management assess the key performance indicators. ● Participate in planning and budgeting processes. ● Prepare periodic reports to compare actual results with the last period/approved budget and report the significant variances. ● Compile and submit standard and ad hoc internal management reports.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. ● At least 10 years of work experience. ● Experience in management accounting is a must. ● Ability to compile, interpret, verify and explain data and financial reports. ● Proficient with Microsoft Office. ● Good knowledge of NOSA accounting software. ● Familiarity with ERP/SAP is an advantage. ● Familiar with English; written and spoken. ● Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. ● Ability to communicate openly and frankly. ● Problem-solving mindset, teamwork spirit. ● Exceptional interpersonal skills; tact, patience, confidentiality, and integrity.
