Work with the operation team to develop and implement stakeholder management plans and reputation initiatives.
Ensure the plan and objectives are achieved and that strategies are informed by stakeholder research.
Analyze and interpret information relating to activities, issues and events potentially impacting upon the business.
Ensure that the company has a continuous picture of the environment.
Ensure timely and remedial action can be taken as required.
Manage measurement & evaluation systems for assigned activities to demonstrate success and identify areas for improvement.
Manage external agencies to ensure that all activities are in line with the requirements of the brief.
Requirements
A university graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in a consultancy or in-house function in the areas of legal, public/corporate affairs.
The job holder needs to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with priority stakeholders.
The job holder must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Iranian political and regulatory environment in which the tobacco industry operates.
The candidate needs also to demonstrate an ‘all around’ communications competence.
The executive needs to be able to advise and counsel peers and senior management on communications issues and reputation management; applying strong strategic and analytical skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, and the jobholder should be fluent in English.
The individual needs to demonstrate the ability to act on his or her initiative, applying good judgment.
The individual also needs well-developed influencing and problem-solving skills; with the ability to work well with peers and senior management, inspiring trust and confidence.
